Kiplinger April 9, 2010 (The Kiplinger Letter)

Dear Subscribers, It may not feel like it yet… But the credit landscape is starting to thaw after three years of freezing temps and thickening ice. It’ll be a very gradual warming to be sure…likely to take a year or even longer to bring the borrowing environment back to “normal.” And it’ll be spotty. The climate in areas where the economy is worst will remain frigid longer.
