Dear Client, IRS oversight of preparers is moving forward. All preparers of tax returns will be affected by the regulatory system IRS is developing...CPAs, attorneys, enrolled agents and unenrolled preparers. Although the new regulations are not finalized yet,the Service has more details on how things will work.
